Served piping hot with a warm baguette.
Homemade Ham Hock Terrine
Served with warm toast and butter
Deep Fried Brie This dish is suitable for vegetarians
2 Wedges of deep fried Brie, served with a light salad and cranberry sauce.
Trio of Seafood
Thinly sliced smoked salmon, Atlantic prawns and smoked mackerel, served with horseradish mayonnaise and brown bread and butter.
Main Courses
Roast Norfolk Turkey
With all the festive trimmings.
Oven Baked Salmon Fillet
With a Cointreau cream and tarragon sauce, new potatoes and a selection of vegetables.
Beef Bourguignon
Beef, onions, mushrooms and smoked bacon in a red wine sauce, served with mashed potatoes and chefs vegetable of the day.
Braised Pork Shank
A slow roasted pork shank served on a bed of mashed potato, trimmed with roasted root vegetables and a apple and cider jus.
Christmas Pudding
Served with hot brandy sauce
Individual Fruit Cheescake
Served with cream
Tart au Chocolate
Rich and indulgent, served with cream.
Cheese with biscuits
A selection of British and European cheeses with biscuits and homemade red onion chutney
