Served with a freshly baked petit pain.
Homemade Salmon Terrine
Served on a bed of mixed leaves with brown bread and butter.
Creamy Garlic Mushrooms
Mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter, finished with cream and stilton. Served with a warm petit pain.
Chicken and Prosciutto Salad
Sliced chicken breast and prosciutto served on a bed of mixed leaves with a freshly baked petit pain.
Roast Norfolk Turkey
With all the festive trimmings.
Oven Baked Salmon Fillet
With a Cointreau, cream and tarragon sauce, new potatoes and a selection of vegetables.
Beef in Red Wine
Beef, onions, mushrooms and smoked bacon in a red wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables of the day.
