Starters
Homemade Root Vegetable Soup
Served piping hot with a warm baguette
Homemade Ham Hock Terrine
Served with warm toast and butter
Deep fried Brie
2 Wedges of deep fried brie served with a light salad and cranberry sauce
Smoked Salmon Parcel
Sliced smoked salmon with a creamed cheese and prawn filling. Served on a bed of mixed leaves and brown bread and butter.
Main Courses
Roast Norfolk Turkey
With all the trimmings
Oven Baked Salmon Fillet
With a Cointreau cream and tarragon sauce, new potatoes and a selection of vegetables.
Beef Bourguignon
Beef, onions, mushrooms and smoked bacon, in a red wine sauce, served with mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables of the day.
Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin
A pork tenderloin pan roasted and served on a bed of creamy mashed potato with a baked apple and red wine gravy.
Desserts
Christmas Pudding
Served with hot brandy sauce.
Tart au Chocolate
Rich and Indulgent, served with cream.
Individual Fruit Cheesecake
Served with cream
Cheese and Biscuits
A selection of British and European Cheeses with biscuits and homemade red onion chutney.
Followed by Fresh Coffee with Mince Pies.
